Ultimate v2 begins, setup docs rewritten
We tagged the first v2 prerelease of Ultimate on March 2 and started cutting right away. Teams, sub-teams and maintainance mode are gone. So are the database triggers that created organizations and users, and the auth and authorization logic got reworked.
I also redid the setup docs on the website, from the dev environment and Supabase install through Stripe and local webhooks. Buyers get a welcome email after purchase now.
