Access to the private GitHub repository for your chosen kit, its source code, setup instructions, documentation, lifetime updates and the support included in your plan.
Can I use the kit for client or commercial projects?
You can build your own products with Nextbase and charge your customers. You cannot resell Nextbase as a starter kit. Pick the plan with enough seats for the developers on your team.
How do lifetime updates work?
Your purchase includes lifetime updates to your kit. Pull new changes from the repository and apply them to your project when you are ready.
I purchased an older version of Nextbase. How do I migrate to the newer versions?

Which backend should I pick?
Choose the one you are most comfortable maintaining. Supabase gives you Postgres, auth and storage from one platform. Convex runs your backend functions in TypeScript with reactive queries. Neon is Postgres with Better Auth and Drizzle. Cloudflare D1 runs the whole app on Workers. Each kit includes a Next.js repo and a TanStack repo. See Choose your starter for the full table.
Should I choose Next.js or TanStack Start?
Choose Next.js for the App Router and the widest choice of backends. TanStack Start is available with Convex; the other TanStack kits use React Router with TanStack Query. The TanStack Start + Convex kit page compares them.
Is there a free version?
Yes. The open-source Next.js + Supabase starter is MIT licensed and covers auth and RLS. The paid Supabase kit adds workspaces, billing and an admin area.
Can I upgrade from Solo to Startup later?
Contact the Nextbase team at admin@arni-creative.com to discuss an upgrade and the right license for your team.
Do you offer refunds?
Given the non-returnable nature of Nextbase we do not offer refunds. There will be no exceptions made. If you have questions about the product, contact us before purchasing. We are committed to helping you with issues and bugs.
